Senior Sales Executive

Salary £25k - £40k plus Commission

OTE: £60k - £80k+

 

We are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive to help find new customers and drive revenue.

Your aim is to have a direct impact on the growth of the company by finding, acquiring and developing new customers and forging strong partnerships.

By developing and executing a well-planned sales strategy you will primarily drive outbound sales, generating and closing leads.

We are looking for someone who has experience of driving high volume sales in a SaaS company. You need to be comfortable owning the sales strategy and sales process to make a significant impact on our bottom line.

HeadClear’s head office is based in the UK all roles within the company are 100% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for lead generation and outbound sales

  • Passionate about mental health and the positive impact it has on employees and businesses

  • Track, measure and deliver against KPI’s and sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Tech enabled business

  • You want to work with new customers and new tools

  • You have a strong drive to develop yourself to become an expert on SaaS Sales

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new things and develop yourself

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in selling or marketing SaaS solutions

  • Experience with marketing or sales tools

  • An interest towards sales and marketing technologies

  • B2B marketing knowledge
